GATE CCMT Counseling 2020: Candidates who are clear the examination can appear in the GATE 2019 Counseling process. GATE (Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering) is a national level examination.GATE is the top level engineering entrance exam conducted by one of the IITs in rotational basis for admission in post graduate courses in engineering and technology. Through GATE aspirants can get admission in the M.tech/ Ph.D Programs which is offered by IITs , IISc, IISERs and some other government and private institutions through GATE score.

- Only those candidates who clear the GATE 2020 examination can only be appear for the GATE 2019 CCMT Counseling.
- The Counseling Process will be done only in the online mode.
- Candidates can apply for the counseling for their institutes based on there performance in the GATE 2020 examination.
- The Private Institutes and the State universities will have there own counseling process.
- The CCMT (Centralized Counseling for M.Tech) is the online procedure for the admission in the NITs(National Institutes of Technologies) and other Institutes.
- The Counseling process will be completely based on GATE Score Card.

GATE CCMT Counselling Process
GATE Counselling Process will be done in serval steps, check below;
Step 1: Online Registration, Choice Filling: Candidtes can fill the online application form, choice filling and locking the choice.
Step 2: Online Fee: The Registration fee can be paid in the online mode only by using Credit/Debit Card or by the internet banking. Candidates can pay the registration fee of INR 2200/- for general category candidates can INR 1700/- for the SC/ST/PWD Candidates.
Step 3: Online Seat Allotment: Afte the pay of the registration fee candidates can fill their choice, and after filling the choice candidates can lock their choice. Candidates can also take help of the Help Centers for Registration and Choice Filling.
The Seat will be alloted on the basis of the merit list, after the allotment of the seats candidtes can deposit the acceptance fee of INR 20,000/- on the online mode by using Credit/Debit card or by the Internet Banking.
Step 4: Reporting at the Center: After paying the seat acceptence fee, candidates can personally report to the reporting center. and candidates must bring there original document for the varification purpose at the reporting center.
Candidates can also submit there self attested photograph of all the needed document along with the seat acceptence fee proof. after submitting all the document the authority will be issued the Document varification Certificate.
Step 5: Payment of Seat Confirmation: Those candidates who have alloted the seat can complete there seat confirmation process by paying the INR 10,000/- , this is the seat confirmation Fee.
Step 6: Report at the Institute and pay remaining Fee: after paying the Seat confirmation fee the authority will alloted the institute to the candidate. and candidates can pay the remaining fee in the allotted institute.

Students must bring the following document for the varification at the reporting center, check below;
- Seat allotment letter.
- GATE Score Card.
- ID Proof.
- Class 12th Mark Sheet.
- Birth Certificate.
- Passport size color photograph.
- Mark sheet of all semester.
- Seat Acceptance fee proof.
- Registration Form print out.
- Migration Certificate.
- Self attested of all the certificate
