GCET Cut Off 2020 – Check Previous Year Cut offs and Merit List

The GCET cut off  2020 is the minimum required marks to qualify for taking admission into the engineering and pharmacy programmes which are offered by the top institutions across Goa. Candidates who have not scored the minimum cut off marks, will not qualify for the GCET Examination. Candidates who secure more than the cut off marks have higher chances to get admission into the best colleges in Goa as compared to those who have average or equal marks.  The GCET cut off will be released along with the GCET Result and the Directorate of Technical Education, Goa will declare it one month after the successful conduction of the examination. The cut off will be prepared on behalf of a variable factor which we have listed in the below-given article.

GCET Cut Off 2020

GCET cut off will be available for all the categories, i.e. General, OBC, Schedule Cast, Schedule Trible, and Physically Disabled. The cut off will vary according to the different programs and availability of seats in various specializations like Engineering and Pharmacy. The Directorate of Technical Education, Goa will release the cut off according to the institutions. GCET Merit list will also be declared along with the GCET Cut off. The seat will be allocated to the candidates on the basis of this prepared merit list.

GCET Merit List 2020

As the name suggests, this list will be prepared according to the marks; those who have scored higher marks will get a higher rank. If two students have the same marks, i.e., a tie occurs, then their ranking will be calculated according to the tie-breaking method.
