GCET 2019 Examination Schedule has been released now, the Application Process will be started form April 2019. and the examination will be held on 7th and 8th May 2019, check below the Compete Schedule of GCET Examination.

GCET 2019 Application Form

The GCET 2019 Application Form will be available from First week of April 2019, we advise all the candidates to fill all the details carefully, check the Information about the Application Form;

  • GCET Application Form will be available in the Offline  Mode.
  • Candidates can download the Application Form and take a print out and fill it in the candidate’s own hand writing.
  • The Last date of Submitting the Application form is Last Week of April 2019.

Application Fee:

  • The Application Fee for the Examination is Rs 1800/-
  • Candidates make a Demand Draft to pay the Application Fee.
  • The Demand Draft is in the favor of “Director of Technical Education”.
  • Application form should be sent along with the Demand Draft and payable at Panaji

GCET 2018 Eligibility Criteria:

Qualification Eligibility

Engineering: Candidates must pass 10 + 2 or equivalent examination from recognized board or university,
He/she should have Physics, Mathematics and English as mandatory subject with additional subject among one of them Biotechnology/Computer Science/Biology/Chemistry.. Candidates must have scored at least 45% marks aggregate for general group and 40% for SC/ST/PH candidates.

B.Pharma:Candidates must  pass 10 + 2 or equivalent examination with Physics, Chemistry and English as compulsory subject. and any one of the following Bio-Technology, Mathematics, Biology & Computer Science.

B.Sc Nursing: Candidates must pass 10 + 2 or equivalent examination with Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English subject with minimum 45% marks aggregate and 40% marks for SC/ST/OBC.

B.Arch: Candidates must have pass 10 + 2 or equivalent examination with Mathematics subject.
They should have scored minimum 50% marks aggregate for general group and 45% for SC/ST/OBC candidates.
Candidates must have qualified the NATA exam.

BHMS & AHS: Candidates must have pass 10 + 2 or equivalent examination with Physics, Chemistry & Biology subject with minimum 50% marks for general, 40% marks for SC/ST and OBS.

Nationality

  • Candidates should be Indian.
  • Non-resident Indians with valid passport can also apply under seat reserved for NRI category.
  • Overseas citizens of India (OCI), Persons of Indian origin (PIO) are eligible for admissions to seats under NRI category.

Age limit

  • There is no age restriction on the lower and upper age limit for admission in Pharmacy and Engineering courses.
  •  for Homeopathy, Ayurveda, allied Health Sciences, Dentistry and Nursing,  candidates must have completed their 17 years of age as or on 31st December of the year of admission.

GCET 2018 Exam Pattern

Mode of Exam Offline | Pen & paper based.

Exam Duration 2 hours for each (Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics)
Marking Scheme +1 mark for correct answer.

There is no negative marking in the paper.

GCET 2019 Syllabus

GCET Syllabus will be release by the “Goa Board of Secondary & Higher Secondary Education”. Every year the Syllabus of the examination will be same. the Syllabus will be Set as the 12th Standards. The Syllabus includes of

  • Physics,
  • Chemistry,
  • Mathematics.

Preparation Tips

GCET Admit Card

Those who have successfully registered with GCET after successfully application fee submission will be able to get their Admit Card. Admit card will not be reissued if it is lost. Admit card will consist of all the important details about the exam like dates & timing, candidate’s name & roll number, venue for the exam.

GCET Result

The Authority will release the GCET Result in the Online Mode, the result will be display in the official website of the exam conducting authority. the result of the examination will be release in the month of May 2019. the authority will also publish the examination result in the newspaper. the authority will not to send the Result to the individual Candidate.

GCET Answer Key

The Answer Key of the Examination will be release by the authority after the few days of the examination. the answer key will be release in the Online Mode. candidates can visit the official website of the authority. and download the answer Key in the PDF Format. candidates can download the PDF and check the Answer key.
