Category-Wise Criteria
- For General and OBC Categories Candidates must have minimum 55% marks in the qualifying examination.
- For SC/ST Categories candidates must have a minimum of 50% in the qualifying examination (5% relaxation will be provided to reserved categories).
- There is no age limit for appearing in the IIT JAM Examination.
- Those who are in the final year or pursuing their engineering can also apply for IIT JAM Examination.
