OSSTET Syllabus 2024: Subject-Wise Syllabus For Paper I & Paper II

OSSTET syllabus was released by the BSE, Odisha with the official notification on the website. Here in this post, we have explained the OSSTET Syllabus 2024-25 in detail.

The OSSTET syllabus includes all the details of the important topics that will be asked in the exam. The OSSTET exam has two papers: Paper I and Paper-II. Paper I is for education teachers and paper II is for physical education teachers. Both the papers are divided into four sections.

OSSTET Syllabus Highlights

  • The OSSTET exam is conducted for candidates who want to work as secondary teachers at government schools in Odisha.
  • The difficulty level of the question paper is of graduation level.
  • Apart from the questions in the language paper, all the questions are asked in English.
  • Candidates will be given one mark for every correct answer. However, there is no negative marking for wrong answers.
  • For TGT Arts, Science and CBZ, questions will be asked from respective subjects apart from common subjects i.e. Languages and Child pedagogy.
  • For candidates applying for a classical Indian language teacher, questions will be asked from respective subjects apart from Languages and Child pedagogy
