In order to ace the PUCAT 2020, the candidates must be aware of the Paper Pattern. Knowing the paper pattern beforehand enables the students to optimize their time in such a way that they can attempt the maximum number of questions. It also helps the students to know what type of questions are expected to come in the test.

The PUCAT is conducted offline as a pen-paper based test and will be conducted in OMR sheets. The questions asked in the paper are in the multiple-choice format. The candidates are provided by 120 minutes to attempt all the questions. Each question consists of one mark each, and there are a total of 250 questions. The PUCAT test paper is divided into three segments, namely Data Interpretation, Logical Reasoning, and English. The exam is conducted in English only.
