UTET Exam Pattern 2024: Marking Scheme, Number of Questions, Sections

UTET(Uttarakhand Teacher Eligibility Test) is a two-tier exam. The candidates can appear either for Paper I or Paper II or both (Paper I or Paper II). Both papers will be organized on the same day in two sessions (Morning and Evening Session). UBSE (Uttarakhand Board of Secondary Education) is the main conducting authority of the UTET Exam and organizes it to fulfill the vacancies of teachers in state-level schools.

UTET Exam Pattern 2024

Candidates must go through the exam pattern of UTET 2024 for better preparation for the exam. You get to understand the UTET Exam Pattern, Marking Scheme, Number of questions, etc. Candidates get a better insight into the structure of the question paper. The UTET exam pattern details are mentioned below.

  • UTET Exam 2024 will be organized via offline mode i.e. Pen and Paper Based (PBT).
  • The exam will be conducted in two sessions.
  • There will be a total of 150 questions in both papers.
  • The total duration of the exam will be 150 minutes.
  • The paper will consist of questions in both English and Hindi.
  • The question papers will consist of Multiple Choice Questions.
  • The medium of the examination will be English and Hindi.
  • The candidates will be awarded 1 mark for each correct answer.
  • There is no negative marking applicable.

Note: Candidates need to select one language from Hindi and English for teaching.
