What is IIT JAM Biotechnology?
The IIT JAM exam is conducted for 7 subjects, one of which is Biotechnology. Candidates interested in pursuing Biotechnology as a master’s degree program should consider taking the IIT JAM 2024. IIT JAM, which is held on a rotational basis by the IITs, is a mechanism for hopefuls to get admission to the IITs’ MSc and integrated Ph.D. programs.
JAM scores are also accepted for integrated Ph.D. programs at the Indian Institute of Science (IISc) in Bangalore. It is also accepted by a number of National Institutes of Technology (NITs) and Centrally Funded Technical Institutes (CFTIs) for MSc admissions.
