IIT JAM Eligibility Criteria 2024 will be released along with the official notification. However, there won’t be many changes in the eligibility criteria. Here in this eligibility criteria are based on the IIT JAM 2022 criteria.
IIT JAM Eligibility Criteria Overview
- In 2022, the authorities removed the minimum mark requirement criteria for the UG Programs.
- Those who are pursuing their Bachelor’s degree must submit proof of passing the qualifying exam to get admission into IIT for M.Sc courses.
- There is no upper age limit for IIT JAM. The reservation policy will be as per government norms.
- Indian nationals and foreign nationals can appear for IIT JAM 2024.
IIT JAM Eligibility Criteria: Updated
- Foreign nationals who have completed their Bachelors in India can apply for admissions, however, the final decision will be based on the admission policies laid down by the Institute.
- The candidates must also satisfy the Minimum Educational Qualifications (MEQs) and Eligibility Requirements (ERs) to get admission. If they fail to do so, the candidature will be canceled.
