The JEEP Application Form has been released on 15 January 2020. The candidates can fill the application form either in Online or in the Offline mode. Check more details below:

- The offline Application Form has been released on 15 January 2020, and the last date of filling the offline application form is 20 May 2020.
- The candidates have to upload a scanned copy of their photograph & signature in the prescribed format.

- Subjects: The candidate must have mathematics and science subjects in the matriculation.
- Domicile: Candidate must be a domicile of Uttarakhand.
- Qualification: Candidate should pass the class X or equivalent examination from the Uttarakhand or any other recognized board.
|Diploma in Engineering/Technology||Candidates must pass 10th, or it’s equivalent from Uttarakhand Board and they must secure a minimum of 35% marks.|
|Diploma in Pharmacy||Candidates must pass 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, Maths/Life Science.|
|Diploma in Hotel Management & Catering Technology||Candidates must pass 10+2 or equivalent with English subject|
|Modern Office Management & Secretarial Practice||candidates must pass 10+2 or its equivalent, and they must have English and Hindi subjects in 10th or in 10+2.|
|Diploma in Textile Design/Garment Technology/ Fashion Design||Candidates must pass 10th or its equivalent examination with minimum 35% marks. Only Female candidates can apply for this.|
|Later Entry in Diploma Engineering||Candidates must pass 10+2 or its equivalent with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics Subjects.|

Uttarakhand Polytechnic examination will be held in various of the cities in Uttarakhand. Candidates can select three exam cities at the time of filling the Uttarakhand Polytechnic form. The choice will be given to the candidates to select three preferences for the exam centres, and the candidates can choose and select the exam centres according to there preference.

The authority (UBTER) will release the Uttarakhand Polytechnic Result soon it will be available in the online mode only. Candidates can check the result on the official website of the authority. To check the result candidates have to enter their Registration Number and Date of Birth. The authority will also release a separate merit list for all the courses. The merit list will be released along with the JEEP Result.
After the release of the result, the JEEP Counselling Process will begin. The counselling process will be conducted in online mode only. In the counselling process, the candidates can choose or select the course and institute according to their merit list. The authority will never send a separate call letter for each candidate for the counselling process. The counselling process will be held in different rounds; in first-round, the candidates can register themselves for the counselling; in the second round, they can choose the course and select the institute; in the third round, seats will be allocated; and in the last round, the students’ documents will be verified.
