NIT Delhi JEE Main Cut-Off 2022

Currently, NIT-Delhi, declared an Institute of National Importance, conducts three undergraduate programs in the fields of Computer Science and Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering, and Electrical and Electronics Engineering. The intake capacity of the Institute for each 4-year B. Tech Program is 60 students and selection is on the basis of Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) scores. Admission procedure, including reservation policy at NIT-Delhi, is in line with the guidelines of the Ministry of Human Resource Development (MHRD). 50 percent of the seats are reserved for applicants from Delhi and Chandigarh (Home State-HS) and the balance 50 percent of students are selected based on the All India JEE ranking of applicants.

A limited number of seats are reserved for Foreign Nationals and OCIs in accordance with MHRD rules applicable for such admission under the Direct Admission of Students Abroad (DASA) scheme.

National Institute of Technology Delhi JEE Main Cut-Off Score

  • Applicants need to score a minimum of 75 percent in the 10+2 examination or be in the top 20 percentile in 10+2 state board exams to be eligible for NIT-D Admissions.
  • Selection for Admission is done through counseling conducted by Joint Seat Allocation Authority (JoSAA) based on JEE Main Ranking. The cut-off scores are released separately for each category of students belonging to either Home State (HS) or Other State (OS).
