NMAT Exam Pattern 2022: Check Section Wise Paper Pattern

NMAT Exam Pattern 2022 will be released by the exam conducting authorities on the NMAT official website. As per the paper pattern, 2 hours are allotted to attempt 108 MCQs. Here in this post, we have explained the complete NMAT exam pattern in detail.

NMAT Exam Pattern Quick Overview

  • NMAT question paper includes 108 questions divided into 3 sections: Language Skills, Quantitative Skills, and Logical Reasoning. Each section has 36 MCQs.
  • 28 minutes are allotted for NMAT Language Skills, 40 minutes for NMAT Logical Reasoning, and 52 minutes for the NMAT Quant section.
  • 1 mark will be given for every correct answer and there will be no negative marking for wrong or unanswered questions.
  • NMAT 2022 is expected to be conducted by GMAC over a 75-day test window from Oct to Dec 2022.
  • Candidates can appear three times for the exam.
  • Out of the three NMAT attempts, the best one is considered for final evaluation.

Changes In NMAT Exam Pattern

NMAT paper pattern had undergone changes in 2020 and these changes continued even in the 2021 exam. NMAT Exam Pattern 2022 will also be based on these changes. Here are the changes in the NMAT test pattern:

  • The number of questions reduced from 120 to 108.
  • Each of the 3 sections of NMAT exam have 36 MCQs
