Punjab Co-operative Bank Application Form

The authority has been released the official notification for the various post, the application form has been available from 29th April 2021 to 20th May 2021 in the online mode.

  • Candidates can fill the online application form in the online mode only.
  • The application form has been released on 29th April 2021
  • The last date of filing the application form is 20th May 2021.
  • Candidates can pay the application fee via credit/debit card or by internet banking.

How to Apply for Punjab Co-operative Bank?

Candidates can follow the below steps to apply online.

  • New Registration: Click at New Registration button, Fill Email ID and Password. Login
    details and OTP will be sent to your email ID. After verifying OTP, your Email ID will be
    registered. Your Email ID will your Login ID.
  • Login: Log in using registered Email ID and password
  • Fill Basic Details: Fill in your basic details like Father’s Name, Gender, D.O.B, Domicile and
    correspondence address, and permanent address, etc. Note that reservation benefits will
    be given only to the candidates with Punjab domicile. Domicile and category once selected
    will not be changed.
  • Upload Photo and Signature: Upload Photo and Signature images. Only JPEG image
    formats are allowed. Dimension of Photo file must be maximum 300 (width) x 300 (height)
    pixels and the file size must be a maximum of 50 KB. Dimension of the signature file must be
    a maximum of 300 (width) x 90 (height) pixels, the file size must be a maximum of 50 KB.
  • Fill Academic Details: Fill in your academic details. While filling up academic details, if
    board name or University name does not appear in the drop-down list, you may choose “Any
    other Board” or “Any other University” and then fill the board name or university name in
    the text box. Kindly verify the details carefully when the preview is shown
  • Apply for a Post: Select Post to be applied. The application fee will be charged as per your
    category/sub-category. You can pay the application fee online only. A candidate can apply
    for more than one post using the same Login ID. A candidate can’t apply for the same post
    more than once. Candidates will be sent SMS on successful payment of the fee.
  • Print Receipt and Application Form: After successful fee payment, you can print your
    Fee Receipt and Application Form. You will be required to produce a printed copy of your
    application form at the time of counseling.

Eligibility Criteria

The authority has been released the eligibility criteria for the different posts;

1. Senior Manager

  • Post Graduate with 50% Marks from any recognized University, or
  • MFC / MBA 50% Marks from any recognized University, or
  • Chartered Accountant, or
  • Graduate with 55% Marks from any recognized university’s, or
  • Graduate with 50% Marks from any recognized University, and CAIIB (Both Parts), or
  • The candidate must have passed the Punjabi language of Matric Standard. and
  • The candidate who has not passed the Punjabi language of Matric Standard shall have to pass the same within two years from the date of appointment

2. Manager

  • Post Graduate with 50% Marks from any recognized University, or
  • MFC / MBA 50% Marks from any recognized University, or
  • Chartered Accountant, or
  • Graduate with 55% Marks from any recognized University, or
  • Graduate with 50% Marks from any recognized University and CAIIB (Both Parts), and
  • The candidate must have passed the Punjabi language of Matric Standard.

3. Information Technology Officer

  • 50% marks/equivalent Grade in MCA/M.Sc. Information Technology from any recognized University.
  • 55% marks/equivalent Grade in B.E. / B.Tech. / B.Sc. Engineering degree from a recognized University in Computer Science / Information Technology / Electronics & Communication Engineering, and
  • Candidate must have passed Punjabi examination of Matriculation standard.

4. Clerk-cum Data Entry Operator

  • Graduation (2nd Division) (any stream), or
  • Post Graduation pass (any stream), and
  • Diploma/ Certificate (Minimum 6 months) in Computer from an Institute having ISO Certification, and
  • Should have passed Punjabi Language examination of Matriculation standard, and

5. Steno-typists

  • Graduation (2nd Division) (any stream), or
  • Post Graduation pass (any stream), and
  • Diploma/ Certificate (Minimum 6 months) in Computer from an Institute having ISO Certification, and
  • Punjabi and English Shorthand speed @ 80 w.p.m. and transcription @ 20 w.p.m., and
  • Should have passed Punjabi Language examination of Matriculation standard.

Age Limit

The Age limit of the candidates must be in between 18-37 years

Application Fee

  • The Application Fee for General, OBC, and for Female Aspirants is Rs. 1400/-
  • The Application Fee for SC and ST Aspirant is Rs. 700/-

Exam Pattern

To qualify for the exam the candidates must secure at least 40 percent of the marks in the written exam.
