UPTET Paper Analysis

• UPTET 2019 was held on December 15 by UPBEB (Board of Basic Education of Uttar Pradesh).
• The examination consisted of 2 papers – Document 1 and Document 2.

Child Development & Pedagogy (Easy Level)         

• Section Pedagogy and child development in UPTET are about judging the mandate of an aspirant on the habits of learning and teaching.
• There were 30 multiple-choice questions on this topic.
• This section was easier than the previous year. It can become a scoring area.
• 24-27 brands are considered good in the Pedagogy and Child Development section of UPTET.

English Language (Difficult Level)

• The language section in UPTET is to review the command in English (including grammar and vocabulary).
• The questions were basic grammar and vocabulary. Surprisingly, there was no passage in the newspaper.
• The work was difficult compared to the previous year’s exam.
• 30 questions were difficult at the level of difficulty.
• 18-20 points are good in the English language section.

Hindi Language (Moderate Level)

• The Hindi language section in UPTET was according to the UPTET exam pattern.
• There were 30 questions of moderate level.
• There was no passage in this part as well.
• 22-25 points are good in the Hindi language section.

Social Studies (Easy Level)

• There were 60 questions in this section, each with a mark.
• The Social Studies section comprised questions of Basic Environment and General Knowledge.
• The pedagogy was again the major part, has 22 questions.

Mathematics (Difficult Level)

• The math skills section mainly had advanced math questions.
• There were a total of 30 questions.
• Other topics included geometry, measurement, probability, number system, pie chart, advanced mathematics, and related interests.
• The difficulty level of this section was difficult.

Science (Difficult Level)

• The science section consisted of 60 questions in total.
• The level of difficulty was the same compared to the exams of previous years, that is, difficult.
• This section consists of chemistry, physics, biology, and pedagogy.
• An attempt at 40-45 is considered good.

Environmental Studies –(Moderate)

• The level of questions in the Environmental Studies section was the same compared to the exam level of previous years.
• 20-22 frames are good in the Environmental Studies section.

UPTET Answer Key 2019

• The Basic Education Board of Uttar Pradesh will soon release the official UPTET 2019 Answer Key.
• However, due to the ease of the candidates, we have launched an unofficial response code.
• Candidates can match their UPTET Answer Key response to predict their performance in advance.
• The level of the general difficulty of the exam was moderate. It was in the line with a given UPTET exam pattern.
• The majority of the question in Social Studies came from the Social Studies Pedagogy.
• The level of difficulty of the Child Development section was easy, where most of the questions were Pedagogy.
• The Mathematics section in UPTET had the most Advanced Mathematics questions.
• No significant changes were observed in the Language section.

3. Click on the respective configuration code: P, Q, R, S (for Paper 1), W, X, Y, Z (for Paper 2)
4. Against each question, the correct answer will be written.

UPTET Cut Off

• Cut Off marks are the lowest possible marks that candidates must obtain to qualify for the next stage.
  Based on the level of difficulty and the number of candidates that appeared, the cut is declared for different categories.
