BCECE Counselling Procedure
Candidates who have cleared the BCECE exam can participate in the BCECE counselling to get admission into government, semi-government, and private colleges in Bihar that offer Pharmacy, Health Science, and Agricultural programs.
Here are a few things you need to keep in mind before you register for the counselling process:
- You must register for the counselling right after the results are announced.
- The counselling process will take place online, and you need to fill in the choices and block your seats before the exam.
- You need to pay the counselling fees through a bank challan.
Step 1- Registration
If you plan to get admission into colleges affiliated with BCECEB, you need to register for the counselling process. Follow the steps given here to register for the BCECE counselling.
- Visit the official BCECE website.
- Click on “Apply for counselling.”
- Now go ahead with filling the application form, including your valid contact details.
Step 2- Choice Filling
You can fill in the choices and block your seats on the official website. Once you have logged in by following the steps mentioned above, the following options will appear on the screen:

- Provisional Allotment Letter
Step 3- Provisional Seat Allotment
- You need to download the provisional sear allotment letter after the choice filling process.
- You can also check the status of your seat allotment.
- Print your provisional seat allotment letter.
- You must carry the BCECE Counselling Centre for Handwriting verification and counselling process to ensure you get admission in the course of your choice.
Step 4- Handwriting Verification
In this step, the authorities will match your handwriting with the text written on OMR sheets. This process includes collecting handwriting specimens and comparing them with OMR sheets. The main aim of this step is to ensure the accuracy of the candidate and their allotment.
Step 5- Seat Allotment
Those who successfully clear the handwriting verification can log in to the official website to check their allotment. You can click on “Final Seat Allotment.”
Candidates can download the Final seat allotment for the counselling session. You must report to the venue mentioned in the Provisional Allotment Letter for document verification and fee payment.
Step 6- Documents Verification
Once you have downloaded the final allotment letter, you need to verify your documents and pay the allotted colleges’ admission fees. Then the counselling process will take place at the assigned counselling centre.
Note: If you do not provide the required documents, your application will be canceled.
