Uttarakhand PCS Mains Exam Pattern 2022
Candidates who meet the cutoff marks in the UKPSC Prelims Exam are then invited to take the mains exam.
- The Mains exam is a subject paper administered in an offline mode.
- It consists of seven 200-point papers, with the exception of the language paper, which is worth 300 points.
- Subjective questions are included in all of the papers.
- Each correct answer is worth 1.5 points.

- The top state-level civil services exam is conducted in an online mode.
- The Uttarakhand PCS Preliminary Level examination is based on objective type (Multiple Choice Questions).
- For the preliminary examination, a total of four hours will be given to the candidates for solving question papers.
- For the preliminary examination in the general studies section, for
- each correct answer, you will be awarded 1 mark.
- For each incorrect answer, 1/4 of the marks will be deducted.
- For the main examination in the general aptitude section, for
- each correct answer, you will be awarded 1.5 marks.
- For each incorrect answer, 1/4 of the marks will be deducted.
- A total of 2 hours will be given to you for both exams for these two sections.
