TS EAMCET Eligibility Criteria 2024
Nationality & Domicile
- Must be a citizen of India.
- Overseas citizens are also eligible for the TS EAMCET 2024 exam.
- Must belong to Telangana/Andhra Pradesh state.
Eligibility for Engineering, Bio-Technology, B.Tech & for 50% seats in B. Pharmacy, B.Sc
- Must pass 12th class with Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry/Biotechnology/ Biology as optional.
- The final year or appearing in the diploma engineering exam is also eligible.
- Minimum of 45 % marks for general and 40 % for reserved in 12th.
- For engineering and pharmacy – 16 years of age as of 31st December.
- For B.Tech (Dairy Technology), B.Tech. (Ag. Engineering), B.Tech. (FT) and B.Sc. (CA & BM) – to get admission minimum of 17 years of age as of 31st December and a maximum of 22 years for general candidates and 25 years for reserved candidates.
Eligibility for B.Sc. (Hons.) Agriculture /Horticulture / B.V.Sc. & A.H. / B.F.Sc. & for remaining 50% seats in B.Tech. (FT) / B.Sc. (CA & BM)
Candidate must be a graduate, with any of the following 2 subjects –
- B.Sc. (Hons.) Agriculture & Horticulture: Physical Sciences, Biological or Natural Sciences, Agriculture, Vocational Course in Agriculture.
- BB.V.Sc. & A.H.: Physical Sciences, Biological or Natural Sciences.
- Subject B.F.Sc.: Physical Sciences, Biological or Natural Sciences, Vocational Course in Fishery Sciences.
- B.Tech. (Food Technology) & B.Sc. (Commercial Agriculture and Business Management): Mathematics, Physical Sciences or Physical Sciences, Biological or Natural Sciences.
Eligibility for B.Pharmacy Courses: (Remaining 50% seats)
- Need to qualify for class 12 with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology optional.
- Minimum of 45 % marks for general and 40 % for reserved in 12th.
- Should be 16 years of age for admission.
- No upper age limit.
Eligibility for Pharm –D (50% seats for MPC and 50% seats for Bi.P.C)
- Need to qualify for class 12 with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology optional.
- Minimum of 45 % marks for general and 40 % for reserved in 12th.
- For admission – 17 years’ age as of 31st December.
