Highlights of GATE CSE Paper 2024: Forenoon Shift

  • There were 15 MSQ (Multiple Select Questions), 16 NAT (Numerical Answer Type), and 24 MCQ ( Multiple choice type) questions asked on the paper.
  • The difficulty level of the GATE CS 2023 paper was moderate to tough.
  • Computer Networks had the highest marks weightage in the examination.

The CS exam of GATE in 2021 was comparatively easy and the question paper was not that lengthy. Difficult questions were asked from algorithms, complexity, data structure, and computer organizations. GATE CS Paper Analysis 2020

  • A total of 65 questions were asked in the GATE Exam.
  • The question was a total of 100 marks.
  • The total time duration given for the examination is 3 hours (180 Minutes).
  • Multiple choice question (MCQ) type and Numerical Answer Type (NAT) were asked in the questions.
  • CS Exam will consist of three sections:

The majority of the questions were concept-based. General Aptitude And Mathematics remained easy. Core subject questions were 50% easy, 30% medium, and 20% tough.
