UTET 2018: UBSE (Uttarakhand Teachers Eligibility Test) has been released the official notification, according to the official notification UTET Paper 1 and 2nd has been held on 14th September 2018. the exam is conducted by Uttarakhand Board of School Education Ramnagar, Uttarakhand. the application form will be available from 1st September 2018, and last date of submitting the Application Form is 30th September 2018. the Application Form will be available in the Offline Mode, and the exam will be conducted in Offline mode.

UTET 2018 – Exam Dates

UTET Exam is conducted by the Uttarakhand Board of School Education, the Application Form will be available form 1st September 2018 and the last date of filling the Application form is 27th September 2018, the candidates can submit the Applications form 30th September 2018 till 5 P.M. UTET – Application Form

  • UTET Application form will be available from 1st September 2018.
  • Last Date of Filling the Application Form is 27th September 2018.

UTET – Eligibility Criteria

Before Applying for the UTET, candidates can check the UTET Eligibility Criteria and ensure that he/she is eligible or not, the authority has also been release the Eligibility criteria for Paper I and for Paper II. Check Eligibility Criteria for Paper I and Paper II Check below;

Eligibility Criteria for Primary Teachers ( Class 1st- 5th)

Applying Candidates should follow the minimum eligibility criteria for the exam, Check below the Eligibility Criteria for Primary Teachers (Class 1st – 5th).

  • Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with Minimum 50% Marks and 2 Years Diploma in D.EL.Ed/ BTC.

or

  • Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with Minimum 45% Marks and 2 years Diploma in Elementary Education (D.EL.Ed/ BTC).

or

  • Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with minimum 50% Marks 4 years Preliminary Bachelor of Elementary Education (B.EI.ED).

or

  • Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with minimum 50% marks and 2 years Diploma in PEDAGOGY ( Special Education).

or

  • Graduation (or its equivalent) and 2 years diploma in Primary Education (D.EL.Ed/ BTC).

or

  • Those Candidates who passed 2 years (D.EL.Ed) Diploma from IGNOU ( Indira Gandhi National Open University) are eligible.

Eligibility Criteria for Primary Teachers ( Class 6th- 8th)

Applying Candidates should follow the minimum eligibility criteria for exam, Check below the Eligibility Criteria for Higher Primary Teachers (Class 6th – 8th).

  • Graduation (or its equivalent) and 2 years Diploma in (B.T.C/ D.EL.Ed) passed or Appearing.

or

  • Graduation (or its equivalent) with minimum 50% marks and Passed with 1 year Bachelor Degree in PEDAGOGY (B.Ed/L.T/Shiksha Shastri).

or

  • Graduation (or its equivalent) with minimum 50% marks and 4 years Diploma in PEDAGOGY (B.El.Ed).

or

  • Graduation (or its equivalent) with minimum 50% marks and 4 years diploma in (B.A/B.S.C.Ad).

or

  • Those candidates who are in the last Year( 3rd and 4th Semester) in their Diploma and Degree are eligible.

UTET – Exam Pattern

UTET Exam Pattern consists of the two papers, Paper I and Paper II, the exam will be consists of Multiple Choice Questions, the exam will be held on offline mode, and for each question candidates can get 1 marks and there is no negative marks in the examination. and there are total number of 150 multiple Choice (MCQ) question in the examination. the duration of the exam in 2 Hr 30 minutes. check below the Exam Pattern for UTET Paper I and Paper II, Check Below;

UTET – Admit Card

Admit Card will be issued 15 days prior to the date of examination. the UTET Admit Card will be Available from last week of November 2018, Candidates  download the same from official website. download the admit card by following the below steps:

Steps to Download the the Admit Card:

  • Visit the official website
  • Click on Admit Card link
  • Provide all the necessary details- Registration Number and Date of Birth
  • Click on Submit
  • The Admit Card would appear on the screen
  • Take its print out.

UTET Result will be released after the few days of the Examination, the result will be released in the official website of the Uttarakhand Board of School Education. and the Answer Key will be released in the Month of December 2018.

UTET –  Preparation Tips

As the passing percentage goes higher in previous year examination and the appearing percentage of students as well increased, So candidates need to go through with a structured preparation plan to crack the UTET Exam.
