SRMJEEE Counseling 2024: Complete Schedule and Procedure

Since the SRMJEEE exam 2024 is conducted in three phases, the SRMJEEE counseling 2024 will also be conducted in three phases. SRMIST announced the SRMJEEE phase 1 counseling dates. SRMIST has not released the counseling dates for phases 2 and 3.

Candidates who clear the exam and have their names listed in the SRMJEEE rank list will only be applicable to take part in the counseling process.

SRMJEEE Counseling Process Overview

• Candidates need to submit the seat allotment fees of Rs. 110,000 before the scheduled date for counseling phase I.
• However, the candidates need to know that the counseling process does not provide guaranteed admission to all the students.
• SRMJEEE qualified aspirants need to complete the following processes: document verification, seat acceptance etc.
• After the counseling process is done, SRM Institute will release the SRMJEEE cutoff 2024.

Here is the complete SRMJEEE counseling process which will help the candidates understand the process better.

1. 1. Login to the SRMEJEEE portal: The candidate is required to log in to the application portal through the link applications.srmist.edu.in/btech.
   2. Rank card download: Once logged in, the candidates can download their SRMJEEEE rank card 2024.
   3. Fill in all educational details: Candidates must fill in the class X educational details.
   4. Choice filling (Program Selection): Online Admission Portal (OAP) will be open for candidates to fill the choice of campus and program preference for phase I candidates from January 25 to 26, 2024.
   5. Allocation of the program:  The admission committee allots seats in the choice of campus, program and specialization depending on various admission criteria such as SRMJEEE results, Qualifying Examination, etc. The allotted program will be published in the Online Admission Portal (OAP).
   6. Accept the Allocation and Payment For Allotted Candidates: Candidates have to accept the allotment and pay the non-refundable and non-transferable registration fee and the counseling fee (part of tuition fee). Online payment details will be updated shortly.
   7. Provisional Allotment letter download: After paying the registration and counseling fee, candidates will be provided with a Provisional allotment letter and fee receipt. If the candidates fail to pay the counseling fee within the stipulated time period, their allotment will be canceled.
   8. Payment of balance tuition fee and online enrolment: Pay the balance tuition fee before the mentioned date and proceed with online enrolment.

• SRMJEEE Rank Card
• SRMJEEE Admit Card
• Counseling Call Letter
• 10th and 12th mark sheet and passing certificate
• Transfer Certificate
• Character Certificate
• Category Certificate (caste certificate if applicable)
• Passport size photograph (same as pasted on the application form)
• Demand Draft in favor of “SRMIST”, payable at Chennai
