The UPBEB (Uttar Pradesh Basic Education Board) organized the Uttar Pradesh Teacher’s Eligibility Test (UPTET)The UPTET Exam is done in two shifts, the first shift for the primary level (Document I) and the second shift for the upper primary level (Document II) We are now discussing the change one, that is, the UPTET primary level examination (Document I). In this year, the level of the general difficulty of the exam was not too high this time. The two documents (Document 1 for Primary Level, Document 2 for Higher Primary Level) were made in two different shifts. It was analyzed that UPTET 2018 was difficult compared to last year’s document.

UPTET Latest Updates:

June 3, 2021: TET certificate validity has been extended from 7 years to a lifetime. The decision was taken by Union Education Ministry.
May 11, 2021: UPTET 2020 exam has been postponed by the Uttar Pradesh government due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

  • UPTET 2019 was held on December 15 by UPBEB (Board of Basic Education of Uttar Pradesh).

English Language (Difficult Level)

  • The language section in UPTET is to review the command in English (including grammar and vocabulary).
  • The questions were basic grammar and vocabulary. Surprisingly, there was no passage in the newspaper.
  • The work was difficult compared to the previous year’s exam.
  • 30 questions were difficult at the level of difficulty.
  • 18-20 points are good in the English language section.

Hindi Language (Moderate Level)

  • The Hindi language section in UPTET was according to the UPTET exam pattern.
  • There were 30 questions of moderate level.

  • The Basic Education Board of Uttar Pradesh will soon release the official UPTET 2019 Answer Key.

  • The level of the general difficulty of the exam was moderate. It was in the line with a given UPTET exam pattern.
  • The majority of the question in Social Studies came from the Social Studies Pedagogy.
  • The level of difficulty of the Child Development section was easy, where most of the questions were Pedagogy.
  • The Mathematics section in UPTET had the most Advanced Mathematics questions.
  • No significant changes were observed in the Language section.

  3. Click on the respective configuration code: P, Q, R, S (for Paper 1), W, X, Y, Z (for Paper 2)
  4. Against each question, the correct answer will be written.

UPTET Cut Off

  • Cut Off marks are the lowest possible marks that candidates must obtain to qualify for the next stage.
    Based on the level of difficulty and the number of candidates that appeared, the cut is declared for different categories.
    It has been similar in recent years.
