VITEEE 2023 is scheduled to be held tentatively in June 2023. The VITEEE counseling process starts after the results are declared. The counseling and seat allotment for this examination will be conducted offline.

VITEEE Counseling 2023
- The counseling procedure is organized through offline mode, organized by the conducting authority.
- Those who successfully clear the exam are called for the counseling procedure.
- Documents in original must be present for verification at the time of counseling.
- The authority will allot seats to the candidates based on performance in VITEEE (Rank in VITEEE).
- Those who secure seats and accept the branch allotted by the counseling conducting authority must submit the admission fee through DD in favor of ‘VIT University,’ payable at Vellore.
- The counseling session will be scheduled after the results.

VITEEE Counseling Procedure 2023
- First, the candidates have to register at the official website of VIT University, and then only they will be eligible to be a part of the counseling session.
- To proceed further, documents verification is a must
- Seat allotment will be done based on VITEEE Rank, marks, college preference, course preference, availability of seats
- Once the counseling authority confirms your seat, then you have to make a payment as the final submission
VITEEE Counseling fee 2023
- Those who are attending the counseling have to pay Rs. 10,000/- (Non-Refundable). After joining the University, it will be adjusted in the tuition fee.
- Those who secure seats and accept the branch allotted by the counseling conducting authority must submit the admission fee through DD for Rs. 50,000/- in favour of ‘VIT University,’ payable at Vellore. (Amount includes Rs. 12,000/- as counselling fee)

- Class 10th mark sheet
- Class 12th mark sheet or Hall Ticket (in case mark sheet is not available)
- Community Certificate, if any
- Nativity Certificate, if any
- Aadhaar Card
- Demand Draft

- Provisional Admission letter (photocopy)
- VITEEE 2023 e-Admit card
- Counselling Admit card
- VITEEE Result copy
- Class X Board Certificate as proof of date of birth or any other age proof certificate
- Qualifying examination mark sheet
- Transfer Certificate / School leaving Certificate
- Migration Certificate (if issued by the board)
- Community Certificate (For SC/ST only)
- Recent passport-size color photos – 4
- Affidavit to be signed separately by Student, Parent on an Rs. 20/- Non-judicial stamp paper
- Certificate of Physical Fitness/ Medical Certificate
