Candidates who are eligible for filling VITEEE Application form, must keep the following documents ready before the application process:

How to Fill VITEEE Application Form 2025?

Step 1: Registration

Visit the official website, which is given above, and enter the following details in the application form:

• Name
• Date of birth
• Gender
• Nationality
• Mobile Number
• Email ID

Once you complete all the above-given details, you need to click on the “Register” button. After successful registration, the conducting authority will send the application number and password, which is created by you at the time of registration in your registered email id and mobile number.

Note: It is advised to the candidates that the above-given email Id and password must be correct because the conducting authority will contact you via this communication idea and no other communication medium is available.

Step 2: Confirm the password.

Candidates need to confirm their password and application number by logging in through these details on the website which the VIT University sends in the candidate’s registered mail.

Step 3: Fill the online form

You must enter the following details in the application form:

• Mother tongue

• Hostel Accommodation (If needed)

• Mode of study

Generation of Application Number: After entering all the essential details, the candidate must click the “Submit” button to generate an application number. The candidate needs to note it down as it will be required for future correspondence.

Step 4: Upload Photo & Signature

The second and important step is to upload your scanned images (passport size photographs, signature) in the application form according to the guidelines given by the CBSE.

Step 5: Pay Application Fee

Once the scanned images are successfully uploaded, candidates need to pay the application fee which is Rs. 1150 (including GST).

Payment Mode: Candidates can pay the application form via only online mode, i.e. NetBanking / Credit card/ Debit card.

It is advised that the candidates shall not send any hard copy of the application form to the conducting authority. It is not required.

How to check the status of the VITEEE Application Form 2025?

1. Click on the check application status link on the official website.
2. Enter your credentials (10 digit VITEEE Application Number and verification code).
3. Click on the Submit button.
4. The status of the VITEEE Application Form will appear on the computer screen.

How to obtain a hard copy of the Application Form?

Those who are filling application form via offline mode need to pay the application fee (Cash payment of Rs. 1200 (including GST)) to the post office from where the application form was bought. For these, the candidates need to submit their hard copy of the application form with the given address, which is already given in the applicable prospectus and information brochure.

How to fill offline mode VITEEE Application Form 2025?

• Read the Instructions carefully before you proceed to fill the application form
• It is advised to the candidates to fill the application with a black ball-point pen
• Candidates need to keep a pencil to shade the alphabet/Numeral/circle
• Paste recent passport-size photographs in the application form with your name and date of the picture
• Don’t paste any attested photographs in the box; it will lead your candidature towards cancellation
• The communication address should be correct, and it should be written clearly

Application Fee

Those who submit their application fee via offline mode need to pay INR 1200, and those who submit their application fee online need to pay INR 1150. The fee is non-refundable. The authority will not refund the application fee in any condition.
