DMRC’s written exam is scheduled on different dates for different posts.

It is organized into two sessions on the same day, i.e.,

  • Paper II, with objective-type questions.

The Paper I test is for aptitude and technical skills, while the Paper-II test is for the language (English) skills of the candidate.

Furthermore, the group discussion round depends on the verbal communication and non-verbal behavior of the candidate. This round allows the jury to get to know the cooperation ability and decision-making ability of the candidate.

The last selection process of the DMRC is the personal interview. The questions asked in the DMRC interview range from questions about educational qualifications, extracurricular activities, personal life, work experience, outlook on contemporary issues, etc.
