1. Try to cover the complete JEE Main syllabus and review the exam pattern

For the students writing JEE for the first time, it will be a little hard, as your Board exams and JEE exam dates are almost a month apart. Though the syllabus is the same, the application of the curriculum in both of these exams is different. Thus it is vital that students preparing for JEE Mains go through the JEE Main Syllabus.

2. Create your timetable for preparation

It is imperative that the students preparing for JEE MAINS have a timeline prepared beforehand. It is also crucial that the timetable which you are preparing for is a practical one. A few tips on creating a reasonable timetable is that, create the timetable in such a way that you can complete the syllabus in time and also have enough time to revise. Also, try and inculcate the habit of preparing notes as they will help you revise at the last moment.

3. Practice is the key to success.

There is no alternative to practicing a lot for papers. While you are going to practice a lot of questions, then you will also get a lot of ideas about the exam pattern, question framing, difficulty levels, and time distribution. Always try to test yourself by attempting a lot of mock tests, through which you can evaluate yourself.

4. Give yourself proper time for revision.

For cracking it within your first attempt, you need to keep it safe for two months for your revision. Once you have two months in your hand, then you can quickly revise the complete syllabus and also can revise those topics where you find some difficulties.

5. Try to concentrate on your studies and take proper rest.

Do forget to take proper rest while preparing for JEE Main. Taking proper food and taking proper sleep also a part of your preparation. If you are stress-free, then you can easily prepare or be concentrate on preparation.
