Candidates are called for the counseling process of BITSAT 2024 after filling out the registration form for the counseling. The schedule for counseling has been mentioned below:

BITSAT Counseling Procedure
- The counseling process is done in online mode only.
- The first step in the counseling process is filling out the Application Form, which can be done through the official website of BITS.
- BITSAT Application Form is available only in online mode.
- On the basis of the merit list, selected candidates are called for the counseling process.
- The authority releases the list of candidates along with the waiting list.
- Through the merit list, candidates can go for the counseling process with the necessary documents.
Documents requiredÂ
Candidates must carry the following documents:
- 10th & 12th Mark Sheet with the Passing Certificate.
- BITSAT Score Card.
- Counseling Letter.
- Two Passport Size Photographs.
- Caste certificate of the candidate (if applicable).
- Medical Certificate.
BITSAT Counseling Rounds
After BITSAT results are announced, candidates who clear the engineering entrance exam need to be a part of the counseling process. BITSAT counseling is conducted within a week of the declaration of the result. There are two steps in the process which are:
- Document verification
- BITSAT seat allotment at BITS campuses
Generally, 4-5 iterations (seat allotment results) are released after the results. Once the BITSAT merit list 2024 is released, candidates can be a part of the counseling process. All those candidates whose names appear in the BITSAT waitlist can take part in the next round of seat distribution.
Candidates with lower ranks are also called and offered seats in BITS campuses and courses.
